Q is channeling Dr. Seuss lately, I mean almost all the time. This morning he was telling me a story about his toast, the pieces he'd cut up that is. One chunk was a "powergaris" which is a fish-like creature with a sharp beak. The other was a "hatro", which is a word he repeatedly uses, though not about the same exact creature. The "hatro" is, "A big kind of bird thing with big teeth, really sharp teeth, and it can swoop down in the sea and catch fish!" These days I only wish I always had paper and pencil handy to write down all the creative Seussical words Quin comes up with.
