It's Nami's Birthday! So, we went on over to Vashon to celebrate both her birthday and Christmas too.
My cool boys on the boat, my favorite place to take pictures:
Quin and I baked one gorgeous cake ;), and we took over all our treasures for Nami and Danpa. We had a tasty brunch together and then dove right into the gift giving fun!
Hazel picked up the unwrapping pretty quick and had a hard time parting with packages whether or not they were for her. 
Quin was as eager to get gifts as to help others open theirs and hand out his own. The kids are becoming serious cowboy/girls now with their repaired rocking horse, and official cowboy/girl hats.
And every cowboy needs a harmonica, and Quin loves his new one:

Hazel modeling Mama's new bog boots! It would have been even funnier to see her in Todd's new ones, they'd probably go up to her waist! ;)
Then, we had some of that tasty beautiful cake:
And we headed back home, via a lovely ferry ride:
In time for our regular night routine, plus our special reading of "The Night Before Christmas". Just like every year since Q was a little guy. 
The note, little ornament present from Quin, and the treats for Santa, plus the carrot for the reindeer, are all laid out:
